Abstract Video Presentation Guidelines

Abstract Video presenters whose films were selected for presentation in the Video Abstract session are kindly requested to review the below guidelines in preparation for the session.

You do not need to email \ upload your video presentation prior to the congress.  Please deliver the video as MPEG file on flash memory or hard disk with unlimited space and one of the technicians in the Speakers’ Ready Room will assist as soon as you arrive at the Venue – and at least 2 hours before the start of the session.

FILM LIVE NARRATION

• Attend their session onsite.
• Come on stage when called, introduce themselves and verbally state their conflict of interest if there is such. If not, please specify this at the beginning of your presentation by saying “I have no conflicts to disclose”
• Narrate the film live while it is playing on the screen.
  • The film will be started and operated by the onsite technicians.
  • The film will be muted to allow interactive live narration.
• Participate in a short Q&A after the film which will be moderated by the session chairs.
